Menten IT values the protection of your personal data. In this statement we explain what data we collect, why and for how long.

2. What data do we collect?
Via the contact form on our website we collect the following data:
- Name
- Company name (optional)
- Email address
- Subject and message
We do not collect cookies, tracking data or any other data via the website.
3. How do we use your data?
Your data is used solely to respond to your contact request and, if applicable, to schedule an introductory meeting. We do not use your data for marketing purposes and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): by completing and submitting the contact form, you consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of responding to your request.
5. How long do we retain your data?
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact. After that it will be deleted.
6. Processors
For sending contact forms we use EmailJS (emailjs.com), a service that forwards the message to our mailbox. EmailJS processes your data solely for this purpose and does not retain it longer than necessary for delivery. More information can be found in the EmailJS privacy policy.
Other than EmailJS, we do not share your data with any other parties.
7. Your rights
As a data subject you have the following rights:
- Right of access: you can request what data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: you can have incorrect data corrected.
- Right to erasure: you can request that your data be deleted.
- Right to restriction: you can request that processing be restricted.
- Right to withdraw consent: you can withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian supervisory authority:
